Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Wealth Operations Officer to join their team.

Pay Rate: $18/Hr
Location: 77 Bloor Street West, Toronto
Duration: 1 Year Contract 
Hours:  Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm

Must have good credit score and clear criminal record

Job Responsibilities: 
• 
Provide excellent customer service, providing both professional and courteous service at all times to both internal and external clients
• Process all transactions accurately and in timely manner
• Ensure service is maintained as per SLA and Internal service delivery standards
• Ensure that we are meeting our CiCEI goals and SLA requirements for phone calls, by picking up all calls that come to each individual line
• Adhere to Firm and Industry regulations and policies for all transactions
• Escalate issues where necessary
• Ensure documents are completed accurately and filed for properly and ensuring privacy of client information

Qualifications:
• 
Previous programming experience required (VBA or other programming languages)
• Typing speed of 60wpm minimum
• Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas required, pivot tables)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Quick learner and flexible with the capability to take on various tasks
• CDS / DTC system knowledge an asset
• CSC an asset

Educations:
• 
University degree required
