Our client, a Big-5 Canadian Banking Institution, is looking to fill multiple Salvage Coordinator (Banking) positions at their Markham location for a 2 month contract

Job Number: #64968
Pay Rate: $17.34/hr
Locations: 3650 Victoria Park Avenue
Contract Duration: 2 Months
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

*All positions require GOOD CREDIT SCORE and CLEAR CRIMINAL RECORD*

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the move of vehicles from tow yard to vendor
  • Preparing settlement documents
  • Posting recovery onto in-house systems
  • Taking cars that are total losses and taking it to vendors to collect money
  • Programs used: claim centre and stark website, IBC, Mitchell

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an Administrative Role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment & efficiently manage workflow
  • Proactive and flexible to work in a changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate sound judgement
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Insurance experience an asset
  • Must be okay with repetitive tasks
  • High school diploma required
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
