Title: Sales/Inventory Coordinator

Location: Brampton Or Concord

Hours: 8AM to 5PM with some flexibility re lunch

Salary: $40,000 - $42,000 depending on experience plus Benefits

The Sales/Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for processing equipment sales from assigned Sales Representative. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Operations Manager and join a close-knit team who supports each other

Are you comfortable in a casual office setting where jeans/casual attire are acceptable?  Are you comfortable working out of a Sales & Service Branch with truck drivers & construction customers coming and going.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring/securing applicable equipment for customer demonstrations/sales
  • Maintain/update C.O.T.I. (Customer Order to Invoice) for applicable sales
  • Communicating with branches/service departments regarding equipment sales
  • Credit application submission to finance companies when applicable
  • Issuing/setting up/receiving of purchase orders
  • Invoicing equipment sales in Systematics
  • Registering warranty
  • Commission submissions
  • Reporting, and other administrative duties as deemed necessary
  • Back up  CCE department  as needed   ( vacation)
  • Back up for Logistics/ Work Tool  ordering and shipments    
  • Rebates/Claims submissions to Caterpillar
  • Trades – lien searches and follow up
  • Inventory back up/ordering/receiving
  • Reporting, and other administrative duties as deemed necessary

Qualifications:

  • Team player with strong customer service skills
  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience (min. 2 years)
  • Some knowledge of the Compact Construction Equipment industry
  • Well-developed communication, analytical, organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Google Suite & AS400 an asset
