Relationship Manager (Financial/Funds)

Salary up to $60K Base + Commission + Gym on site + Full Benefits 100% Paid!!

 

Our client, a fast-growing private lending mortgage company located in Mississauga, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join their team. The Relationship Manager works as part of an exciting sales team to achieve sales targets from a select channel of defined Investment Advisors. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create investor’s interest in products and services, perform marketing functions and service the needs of IIROC and EMD Advisors. This is a great opportunity to breakout of an Inside Sales role and become an Outside Sales representative! Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build client relationships
  • Perform marketing functions, including in person presentation, networking and seminars
  • Build investor interest in products and offerings
  • Promptly respond to telephone and written inquiries
  • Communicate the specifics of investment offerings and products to IIROC and EMD Advisors
  • Participate in one-on-one meetings and branch presentations via telephone, email, and conference calls.
  • Create, prepare and present presentations to potential clients
  • Results-oriented and focused on achieving sales target
  • Provide communication to distribution list

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be accountable and have a high level of integrity
  • Proficient with SalesForce, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Experience preparing and conducting sales presentations.
  • Passion for sales and building business relationships
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and multi-task.
  • Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) and/or Exempt Market Proficiency (EMP) certification preferred but not required.
