Receptionist (Banking)

Our client, one of the five leading Canadian banks, is looking for a Receptionist (Banking) to join our Toronto team for a contact role! 


Location:  DT, Toronto, Mississauga, GTA 
Pay Rate: 15.00- 17.00 (Paid Weekly)
Contract Duration: 2 months - 6 months (with the possibility of extension)
Hours of Work: Rotational schedule of Monday to Friday 6 hours shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.

Must have good credit history and clear criminal record

Job responsibilities:

  • Dining set up (coffee setup, water, juice)
  • External clients coming in – would be responsible for setting up
  • Check in with other receptionists, look at the calendar, look at what set up needs to be completed
  • Goes around twice a day to restock kitchen (coffee machines)
  • Order supplies (restocking supplies)
  • Start/empty dishwashers
  • Assist another receptionist

Job Requirements:

  • Professional
  • Attention to detail
  • Telephone etiquette

Education/Experience:

  • High school required
  • Receptionist experience (at least 2 years)
  • Catering experience is an asset
