Real Estate Service Assistant

Our Client, a leader in the Real Estate Industry with holdings across Canada, seeks a Real Estate Service Assistant to become apart of a rewarding and engaging environment. In this role, you will assist a highly successful and busy sales team with administrative support. As a Real Estate Service Assistant, you will manage team calendars, aid in the development and editing of client documents and maintain the digital filing system. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and possess a self-starting and proactive personality. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to an individual or team of sales professionals.
  • Assist with the development and editing of client offers, proposals and other required documentation for the team.
  • Manage team calendars including critical dates, deadlines, meeting preparation and scheduling of appointments.
  • Write and release deal announcements, listings and reports.
  • Compose and prepare routine correspondence such as cover letters and emails for sales professionals.
  • Produce and maintain databases, digital filing systems and other records.
  • Collect, compile and analyzes moderately complex data and information and composes it in straightforward written descriptions of results.
  • Gather data on newly available properties, transactions and tenants/buyers/seller’s in the market.
  • Professionally interact and communicate with clients, other sales professionals, researchers and marketers.
  • May be required to answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Requires knowledge of CRE terms and documentation.
  • Ability to independently determine the appropriate methodology for completing open-ended projects when necessary.
  • Ability to follow instructions and direction when necessary.
  • High-energy individual with a tendency and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Expert Level with MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with multiple deadlines and on various projects.
  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
