Personal Assistant
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Downtown Toronto/Remote
Compensation: $20.00 -$25.00/hr Based on Experience
Our client, a reputable real estate firm, is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills. If you are highly detail-oriented, creative, and analytical, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


  • Performing pricing analysis for condominiums & freeholds
  • Writing presentation decks (using Keynote), listing presentations, and conducting business proposals
  • Updating presentation decks for the team
  • Saving & storing all real-estate photography & videos
  • Researching, fact-finding, and/or proof reading for Blog Copy Writing
  • Researching, fact-finding, and/or proof reading for Social Media
  • Writing email templates & spearheading the backend of the CRM System
  • Pricing Proposals
  • Shopping for client gifts, and writing referral hand-written notes
  • Helping to co-ordinate all listings
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) moderate proficiency using excel
  • Completed Bachelors agree in a related field preferred
  • Proficient with Keynote
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information
  • Ability to work productively independently
  • Photo & Video Editing skills considered an asset
  • Experience with InDesign considered an asset
  • Experience in Social Media Ads considered an asset
  • Experience with Mail Chimp is an asset
