Marketing Assistant - Downtown Toronto 

Salary up to $45,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Vacation Time!!

Our Client, a leader in the Real Estate Industry with holdings across Canada, seeks a Marketing Assistant with InDesign experience. In this role, you will provide support to the marketing and administrative teams. As a Marketing Assistant, you will research and develop proposals and presentations, guide the design of marketing materials and plan and execute corporate events.   • Effectively manage all marketing and communications objectives
  • Participate in the planning and strategy for corporate properties and events
  • Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, trade-shows and sponsorship activities
  • Research and develop proposals and presentations
  • Develop content and guide the design of marketing materials in various formats including web and print
  • Rigorously apply client brand standards and messaging guidelines
  • Manage the team calendars with the inclusion of critical dates/deadlines, and scheduling of appointments
  • Write and prepare correspondence
  • Meet timeline commitments
  • Utilize authorized tools and processes
  • Securely handle, maintain and analyze data and information and compose write ups with the results
  • Liaise with vendors and manage output
  • Demonstrate extreme attention to detail
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Post-Secondary education is required
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role is required
  • Proficiency in InDesign and CampaignLogic is required
  • Strong ability to calculate intermediate figures is required
  • Possess professional communications skills; verbal and written
  • Technology savvy; high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well under pressure with little supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail
