Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution is looking for a Mailroom/File Clerk to join their team. 

Job Title: Mailroom/File Clerk    
Duration: Temporary/Contract   
Compensation: $15.00
Location: Victoria Park @ Steeles, Markham 

Must have Good Credit and Clear Criminal Record 

Communicate with employees, and other individuals to answer questions
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities
Maintain and update filing and inventory
Sort cheques, keeping payroll records, take inventory, distributing mail. 

Skills and Qualifications:
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail 
Customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage one's time
Ability to keep information organized and confidential
Computer savvy – working proficiency with MS Office
Ability to lift up to 25lbs approximately (regularly)
