Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Mailroom/File Clerk to support various divisions within the corporate banking environment on a contract basis. 

Locations: GTA 
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 
Contract Duration: 2 months 
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour 

Must have good credit and clear criminal record 
Job Details: 
Compile, copy, sort, scan and file records 
Maintain and update filing and inventory 
Sort cheques, keeping payroll records, inventory and distribution of mail 
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to stay focused with an eye for compliance
Strong documentation skills, organizational skills, and time-management
Ability to work in a high-volume environment and take ownership of workload – dedicated to completion of assigned tasks
Resourceful, with a strong willingness to learn and positive attitude
Previous mailroom/file clerk experience in a corporate or office environment
1-2 years of experience in a mailroom/file clerk-focused role
Computer savvy –experience using various softwares
Intermediate proficiency within MS Word and Outlook
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are essential
Works well independently and as part of a team with the ability to adapt to ongoing change
Ability to lift up to 25lbs approximately (regularly)
