Compensation: $15.00/HR


Our client, a sales and marketing agency located in Mississauga, is looking for a Mailroom Clerk to join their team. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and cooperative this may be the position for you!


  • Providing administrative support to management
  • Performing various mailroom activities (receiving, delivery, pickup, shipping, ordering supplies, etc.)
  • Demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Maintaining high levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Consistently adhering to all business and safety procedure guidelines
  • Taking direction from supervisor or site manager
  • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
  • Tracking outgoing mail and logging incoming mail in spreadsheets
  • Stocking photocopier rooms with paper and replenishing supplies
  • Updating and maintaining data entry


  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Strong general office operational knowledge and specific understanding of the organizational unit, its functions, products and customer groups
  • Excellent working experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience running mail posting equipment a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Qualifications
