Our client, one of the five leading Canadian banks, is looking for an Mail Administrative Assistant (Banking) to join our Toronto team for 7 months contract!

Location:  Victoria Park Av @ Gordon Baker Rd
Pay Rate: 15/hr (Paid Weekly)
Contract Duration: 7 months
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Must have good credit history and clear criminal record

Job responsibilities:

  • Clerical duties (Filing, Storage, Organizing, Archiving Claims Files, Preparing boxes for shipment)
  • Interaction with team and internal stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • New grad is welcome
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs will be packing iron mountain boxes



  • High school
  • Office administration diploma is an asset
