Key Accounts Coordinator
Location: Mississauga
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Compensation: up to $24.00/hr (Based on Experience)
 

Our client, a successful distributor, is looking for a Key Accounts Coordinator to join their team! The successful candidate would be responsible for coordinating all aspects of sales for two major accounts on a national basis. If you are detail-oriented and tech savvy, and you would like to join a high-performance team this may be the position for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for presentations pertaining to seasonal programs, everyday special programs and, price increases – on customer-specific forms
  • Responsible for seasonal forecasting and revisions based on previous sales data and current products
  • Create and submit listing packages through customer website, provide warehouse specifications, costing forms, unit and case images for distribution to customer’s individual stores and meet customer’s specific requirements
  • Track product quantity, advise customers of any item shortages, and secure required quantity if available prior to shipping
  • Advise Supply Chain, external Logistics, and order desk of purchase orders that are removed or cancelled
  • Provide customer support by confirming pricing, bill-backs, customer specific coding, and warehouse specifications
  • Create seasonal purchase order forms and cover purchase orders and invoices 
  • Advise specific buying teams of price discrepancies, order shortfalls or overages
  • Prepare and maintain everyday purchase order templates, keeping track of price increases, discontinued or unavailable products
  • Monitor and prepare seasonal purchase order and summary files for each banner in advance of each season, based on customer selections and forecasts
  • Ensure all purchase order information is correct
  • Advise customer of any errors, sold out and unavailable items, delayed items, back-orders, shipping issues and orders that fail to meet requirements
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and flag any irregularities
  • Resolve damage disputes and process requests

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry is mandatory
  • Exceptional focus on customer service
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Cognos needed
