Inbound Call Centre Representative
Compensation: $20 per hour
 Duration: 6 month contract, with potential to extend
Location: Downtown Toronto

Our client is a looking for an Inbound Call Centre Representative to join their team! The Inbound Call Centre Representative will be a liaison between the client and its clients, answering questions, directing and/or escalating calls as needed and providing overall excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping client satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.


  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by going the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets


  • Previous experience as an inbound call centre representative required
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
