Our client, a world leading professional services organization operating in over 50 locations across the globe is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team! Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the HR Business partner will be responsible for managing a client base of 100+ employees and all HR functions. This is a newly created role, perfect for an experienced HR professional who is familiar with the integration and alignment of new business units within established organisations. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a client base of 100+ employees and own HR functions (Project Management, Operations, Employee Relations, Policies and procedures etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with business areas to fully understand the business environment, goals and challenges; Apply this knowledge in all facets of HR management
  • Recommend operational efficiencies as well as support the administration of global mobility programs
  • Oversee multiple projects that will contribute to the overall alignment of business units and support the initiation of organisational transformation
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR strategy, policies and programs
  • Provide guidance to People Managers in all human resources matters, respond to employee relation issues and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Assist with organizational planning and maintain accurate reporting of headcount
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional working groups to develop solutions to overcome organizational issues
  • Develop and monitor project plans, track and follow-up on risks, accurately report progress against milestones to keep projects/initiatives on schedule
  • Utilize HR data analytics to make recommendations for continuous improvement and streamlined processes
  • Coordinate with Talent Partners and support Performance & Talent Management within business units by implementing initiatives including talent maps, development plans and employee engagement surveys
  • Coordinate Accommodation Plans and collaborate on disability management with Compensation & Benefit team as necessary
  • Partner with the HR team to administer onboarding, wellness, and learning and development programs


  • University or College degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years’ of experience in an HR Business Partner role within a professional corporate environment
  • The CHRP or CHRL designation would be considered a strong asset
  • Strong expertise in the legal and regulatory aspects of HR and prior experience in handling employee issues positively and professionally
  • Experience with HR systems and tools as well as high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability and experience with acting in a confidential, respectful and professional manner in all aspects of HR management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • Action orientated, conscientious with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate across the organization
  • A self-starter and strong project manager with the ability to manage multiple demands
