Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. 

Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist  
Duration: Short-Term Contract (Temporary)  
Compensation: $15.00
Location: Financial District, Toronto

Must have Good Credit and Clear Criminal Record 

Monitor and respond to company e-mails in a timely manner
Cover other reception desks during lunch as required
Coordination of company lunches, rooms, meetings and events 
Assist with inventory counts for events
Prepare shipments and other outgoing mail
Ensures all calls are answered and transferred in a timely and accurate manner following the established procedure (multi-line system)
Greets clients in a courteous and professional manner following the established procedures
Ensure the reception and other areas of the floor are clean and maintained
Update phone list and manuals as needed
Assists and cooperates with colleagues during peak periods, vacation times and special projects, while maintaining own personal workload

Skills and Qualifications: 
Intermediate MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
Professional conduct when dealing with walk-ins and clients
Ability to multi-task
Organization and attention to detail are crucial
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
1 year of receptionist experience required
Previous experience in a bank/financial services company an asset
