Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a Filing Clerk to join their team for a 2 month contract!

Location: Markham, ON
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour (Paid Weekly)
Contract Duration: 2 months
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Must have good credit history and clear criminal record

Job Description:

Office clerk to assist the team with organizing the file room.

  1. Files for completed projects to be sent to Iron Mountain;
  2. Files for active projects to be re-organized in alphabetical order;
  3. Other filing tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mail sorting and delivery Postage of mail Data entry Courier processing
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of mail items

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Excellent organizational skills


  • 0-2 years of administrative experience 
  • 2 years of data entry experience
  • Clerical/mail clerk experience
