Executive Assistant
Location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Compensation: Up to $30 per hour
Our client, a consulting firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team! In this role, you will provide direct support to 2 executives & work closely with various members of the leadership group, coordinating their daily calendar and interacting with senior entities from the public and private sector. The successful candidate will be self-motivated individual, with excellent time management and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


  • Coordinate busy daily calendars
  • Oversee incoming correspondence and calls, answering general queries and prioritizing communication for senior executives
  • Arrange resources including booking meetings and catering
  • Plan firm-wide events
  • Organize travel reservations, accommodation, logistics and documentation (visas, tickets)
  • Liaise and sustain relationships on behalf of senior executives
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to summarize data and highlight key points
  • Deliver administrative assistance including preparing documents and presentation materials
  • Manage and maintain files and paperwork
  • Prepare expense reports and assist with budget management
  • Support other administrative staff when necessary by offering back-up coverage


  • 2-3 years experience in a corporate environment, directly supporting executives
  • Post-secondary education
  • Demonstrated capability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels (both verbal and written)
  • Competent with calendar management
  • Exceptional level of judgement and discretion
  • Proven record of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality at the highest levels
  • Self-motivated with the ability to allocate one’s time effectively and establishing and prioritizing deadlines for oneself and others
  • Comfortable with technology, with a robust understanding of Microsoft Office suite
