Our client, one of the five leading Canadian banks is looking for a Data Entry Clerk (Banking) to join our Mississauga team for a 6 month contract!

Location: 4720 Tahoe Blvd, Mississauga ON
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (Paid Weekly)
Contract Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension 
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Must have good credit history and clear criminal record

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and efficiently to complete tasks
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data
  • Enter data in accordance with a specified format
  • Opening mail and removing tax forms and scanning into work tool
  • Once all documents are inputted they will verify accuracy of the form and update on a secondary screen

  • Flexible to do different task as required
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Team player
  • Must be detail oriented; work with little supervision and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must have problem solving skills and research capabilities
  • Proficiency with MS Office with Basic Excel skill
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


  • 2 years of data entry experience
