Our client, one of the five leading Canadian banks is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join the Toronto team for a 2-month contract. 

Location: Toronto
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour  
Contract Duration: 2
Must have good credit score and clear criminal record

Job Responsibilities:
Provides positive and immediate response to clients, answering a 2-line phone
Ensures all calls are answered and transferred in a timely and accurate manner following the established procedure.
Check and respond promptly to emails
Greets clients in a courteous and professional manner following the established procedures
Update phone list and manuals as needed.
Assists and cooperates with colleagues during peak periods, vacation times and special projects, while maintaining own personal workload.
Ensures all reception desks and client reception area are clean and uncluttered.
Book meetings
Assists with mailings and other manual work from workstation
Ensures quality standards are met
Perform dining services coordinator duties including set-up for lunches, rooms, meetings, events.
Assist with inventory counts for events and prepare shipments

Qualifications:
Previous reception experience
Strong client service orientation.
Excellent communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and effective prioritization skills.
Courteous, with a professional telephone manner
Ability to adapt to change and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (esp. calendar/boardroom meeting scheduling)
