 Intake Coordinator

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Richmond Hill

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour

Shifts: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 4:30PM; On-call one weekend bi-monthly, 12PM – 8:30PM

 

Our not-for-profit client, a nationally accredited service provider (Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists and Registered Dietitians), is looking for an Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis! In this role you will be responsible for providing support to therapists, working closely with the Intake Manager and creating/processing reports. If you are detail-oriented and have intermediate to advanced Excel skills this may be the position for you!

Responsibilities

  • Process and create client service reports using Excel
  • Update client service reports, ensuring data all data is correct
  • Working directly with clinicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
  • Continuously communicating with other Intake team members to ensure information is distributed to all team members
  • Participate in quality management programs and conducting quality control checks
  • Working from home once bi-monthly on an on call basis (paid)

Qualifications

  • Very strong Excel and data entry skills
  • Related college or university degree and experience preferred
  • Very strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team
  • Ability to perform routine work independently
  • Ability to use good judgement in assessing situations
