Client Services Manager (Marketing Agency)

Salary Ranging from $80,000 - $110,000 + Benefits + Vacation!!

Our client, a well-established digital marketing agency in the builder/developer space, is looking for a Client Services Manager who has a strong ability to build and maintain close client relationships. In this role, you will be required to build the company’s client base and maintain positive client relationships. As a Client Services Manager, you will be required to be in consistent contact with clients and resolve any issues that may arise. In addition, you will also be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring all digital/print media projects. This role will allow you to further develop your skills, with an opportunity to be promoted into a leadership role, while working in a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Create, update, monitor and manage key planning documents (budgets, critical paths etc.)
  • Assign and direct high-level resources in the management of design/production of all sales
  • Plan, execute and monitor all digital/print media projects
  • Create and update Cost Estimates
  • Manage meeting/boardroom logistics such as scheduling, conducting, preparing agendas etc.
  • Liaise and coordinate with builder’s and representatives
  • Manage and direct product and community renderings
  • Resolve client and supplier errors or issues that may arise
  • Liaise with subcontractors as required (architects, planners, lawyers etc.)
  • Coordinate creation of renderings, brochures, displays and site plans

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a Marketing Agency 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, clients, tasks and deadlines
  • Experience working with new home builder communities and/or real estate is required
  • Strong familiarity with Toronto and surrounding areas is desired
  • Copywriting skills are an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to work well under pressure and in a deadline driven environment
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
