Our client within the The Federal Government is seeking Bilingual Government Client Services Representatives (French/English) a 6-month contract (possible extension). The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call centre environment. Only candidates who have a have Reliability Clearance or can obtain clearance check will be considered. 

Job Details: 
Location: Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue (Subway/Bus accessible/Parking across location)
Pay:
Day Shift: $18.00
Noon Shift: $18.50
Night Shift: $19.00
Hours: Paid 7.5 hours (8 hour shift)
Training: Training 4 weeks on day shift 
Schedule: Flexible to work rotating shifts, (24/7) operation 

Qualifications and Experience: 
Complete fluency in both French/English (written and verbal)
Previous experience working for the Federal/Ontario government is preferred 
Strong Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Intermediate to advance skills) 
Must be able to type at minimum 40wmp 
Entering accurate information into an in-house software program  
Previous experience working with customer/client databases and ticketing systems 
Handle inbound calls and dispatching appropriate staff in an urgent manner 
Keeping a professional manner to each call conducted
Have a strong sense of urgency
High level of attention to detail
Flexible to work 24/7 rotating shifts 
Must be able to pass a Federal Clearance Check
