Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, Wealth Management  to join their team for a 3 month contract!

Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm 
Contract Duration: 3 months (possibility of extension)

Must have good credit history and clear criminal record

Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide quality, efficient and specialized administrative support on multiple and diverse assignments. This position will provide dedicated support to an Investment Advisor (IA) or team of IA's. The role will involve a fair degree of complexity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent and accurate administrative support to IA(s) 
  • Prepare documentation and provide updates to IA(s) 
  • Submit marketing pieces for approval and compile client information packages 
  • Maintain complete client files and ensure documentation is in good order 
  • Create reports for analysis of client accounts 
  •  Actively support the IA and branch in achieving the branch's annual business goals and reciprocal referral goals 

Job Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication skills 
  • Proven ability to deliver a high level of client service 
  • Detail oriented and highly organized 
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment 
  • Proficient use of firm software and MS Office Suite
  • 2 years on similar experience
  • French- English verbal and written skills must be strong
