The Federal Government is recruiting Bilingual (French and English) Call Center Customer Service Agents who are focused and passionate on providing the absolute highest level of customer service.

Bilingual (French and English) Call Center Agents:

- Handle inbound calls and dispatching appropriate staff in an urgent manner 
- Keeping a professional manner to each call conducted 
- Entering accurate information into an in-house software program 
- Have a strong sense of urgency 
- Flexible to work 24/7 rotating shifts 
- Must be able to pass a Federal Clearance Check

Requirements:

- Bilingual (French/English) Speak, Read and Write
- Ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience 
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with 40 wpm keyboarding speed

Location: Yonge St and Sheppard Ave. -  Subway/Bus accessible

Pay Rate: 

 $18.00/hr - day shift

 $18.50/hr- afternoon shift

 $19.00/hr - night shift

Hours: 8 hour shifts (less 1/2 hr lunch)
Rotating Shifts, Call center is open 24/7
