Our client, the Federal Government is looking for a Bilingual (FR/ENG) Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Job Title: Bilingual (FR/ENG) Customer Service Representative
Shifts: 7.5 hrs/day for 37.5 hrs/week. MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ROTATING SHIFTS! The call centre is open 24/7.
Day Shift - $18.00/hr
Afternoon Shift - $18.50/hr
Night Shift - $19.00/hr
Location: Yonge St. @ Sheppard Ave.
*Must be able to pass a Federal Clearance Check*
Handle inbound calls and dispatching appropriate staff in an urgent manner
Accurate data entry of information into an in-house software program
Keep a professional manner during phone calls
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be fully fluent (speak, read, write) in French AND English
Excellent customer service orientation with a professional attitude
Strong keyboarding speed and accuracy (must be able to type 40wpm)
Have a strong sense of urgency
