Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Pay Rate: $20.00/Hr
Location:  77 Bloor Street West, Toronto
Duration: 3 Month Contract
Hours:  Mon - Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm

Must have good credit score and clear criminal record

Job Responsibilities:
 Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
 Design and maintain databases
 Maintain and file or retrieve documents and reference materials paper and electronic
 Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, travel arrangements & expenses
 Arrange and co-ordinate meeting and events
 Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
 Receive and interact with incoming visitors
 Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients

Qualifications:
 2+ years experience with calendaring and Outlook 
 3+ years of experience supporting managers on an admin capacity
 Experience with stakeholders up to SVP level
 Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
 Administrative role in the banking industry an asset
 Previous banking experience an asset

Education:
• 
bachelors degree preferred
