Accounts Payable Coordinator 
Location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: 1-Year Contract

Our client, located in Toronto, is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team on a 1-year contract! The successful candidate will be a highly organized, attentive and results oriented individual who will be accountable for the full-cycle Accounts Payable process.   


  • Online/phone order processing
  • Phoning in credit card payments, processing online credit card payments
  • Following up on credit card statement/receipt, sorting receipts
  • Coding recurring invoices, tracking and confirming receipt
  • Assisting with reconciliations and allocations
  • Conducting adhoc research or fact finding calls as needed
  • Filing and archiving files


  • 2-3 years’ experience in full-cycle Accounting, with a particular focus on Accounts Payable
  • College diploma in accounting or related field
  • Advanced Excel skills and general proficiency in other MS Office applications
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word , MS Outlook, Great Plains, and various Accounting Software
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational ability and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems and practice good decision-making
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates positive enthusiasm and is a self-starter
