Job Title: Operations Officer (Transfers Officer)
Location: Downtown Toronto - Bay Street and Bloor Street
Pay rate: $17.34/hour
Contract duration: 3 months
Hours of work: Rotating shifts between 8:30am and 6:30pm (Saturdays required)

Job responsibilities:

  • Officer will be responsible for review of transfer documents for client's transfers from other institutions
  • Data entry functions (ie: updating in-house systems, and working closely on ISM, EIS and in-house ticketing software)

Job requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for when candidates are entering tickets and carrying out data entry duties
  • Microsoft Excel skills: intermediate
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience with ISM, EIS, Ticketing
  • Banking experience
  • Back Officer - Audit reviewing/documentation experience


High school education required. Post secondary required. 2-4 years of related working experience.
