Our client, a leading financial institution, is on the lookout for a enthusiastic Mailroom/File Clerk to support various divisions within the corporate banking environment.

Locations: GTA 
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 
Contract Duration: 2 months 
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour 

Must have good credit and clear criminal record 
  
Job Details: 

  • Compile, copy, sort, scan and file records 
  • Maintain and update filing and inventory 
  • Sort cheques, keeping payroll records, inventory and distribution of mail 
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to stay focused with an eye for compliance
  • Strong documentation skills, organizational skills, and time-management
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment and take ownership of workload – dedicated to completion of assigned tasks
  • Resourceful, with a strong willingness to learn and positive attitude
  • Previous mailroom/file clerk experience in a corporate or office environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in a mailroom/file clerk-focused role
  • Computer savvy –experience using various softwares
  • Intermediate proficiency within MS Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are essential
  • Works well independently and as part of a team with the ability to adapt to ongoing change
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs approximately (regularly)
