Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Data Entry Clerk to join their team.  

Pay Rate: $ 17/Hr
Location:  3500 Steeles Ave E?- 
Duration:  6 Month Contract 
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

The Onboarding Team in HR Business Services Delivery is responsible for a high level of both administrative and relationship support relating to new hires.

Job Responsibilities: 

- Responding to general inquiries regarding new hires 
- Pulling and sending all background checks results for all new hires to the bank 
- Auditing and authentication of new hire documentation 
-Tracking outstanding information 


- The successful applicant will be a self starter with excellent organizational and time management skills 
- Must be a highly motivated team player with an ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to an ever changing, fast-[acted and highly confidential environment 
- Proficient in data entry 
- Proficient in Word and Excel

- HR background/education (Asset)
