Contact Center Specialist (Credit Card Operations)

Pay Rate: $19.50 – $20.60 /hr + Benefits
Hours: 4:00 pm – 12:00 am (Monday – Sunday)
Location: 3500 Steeles Ave E (Victoria Park Ave & Steeles Ave)
Duration: Permanent
Start Date: April 23rd, 2018 (tentative)

Responsibilities:

-       Provide exceptional customer service to cardholder clientele through inbound calls

-       Troubleshoot client questions or concerns regarding product lines, plans, and programs

-       Contribute to effect cost and rick control through productivity and adherence to protocols

-       Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets (bonuses available!)

-       Recommend appropriate products and services for clients through use of multi-window system

 

Requirements:

-       High customer service-orientation and passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 

-       Previous experience in a statistically driven environment, measured by call quality and call productivity 

-       Ability to quickly adapt to change and multitask to solve problems

-       Trilingual or Bilingual candidates Mandarin, Cantonese, or French considered an asset 

-       Excellent written and verbal communication in English 

-       Strong PC Skills
