Our Financial Client in Markham is Currently Seeking a Credit Assistant

Pay Rate:   $ 14.00/ HR

Location:    Markham

Duration:    Temporary Assignment

Hours:        Rotating Monday-Friday Between 7am-12pm and Saturday 7am-4pm

Responsibilities:

  • Receive documentation via an electronic fax software for Credit Deals
  • Encrypt and save to a shared drive, print off and put into a folder and distribute to the appropriate party for the deal
  • Pull deals from the “Rightfax” software
  • Verification of information from MMS or internal partners
  • Toggle through approximately 3 applications and Adhoc requests as assigned

How will performance be measured: The candidate will need to complete 150 data entries per day

Must Have:

  • Excellent communication both written and verbal in English
  • Data Entry
  • Ability to handle high volumes and sensitive information and managing relationships
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines under pressure
  • Time management skills
  • Very fast learner
  • Able to multi-task
  • Computer-savvy/able to maneuver and understand basic computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Win Zip
  • Listens to direction well
  • Team Player
  • Proactive
  • Quick turnaround time with actions

Nice to Have:

  • Previous Credit experience within Administration
