Our client, one of the five leading Canadian banks, is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Banking) to join our North York team for a 3 months contract!

Opportunity Number: # 65151
Location:  Yonge st @ Park home Av, North York
Pay Rate: $16.47/hour (Paid Weekly)
Contract Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of extension
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00 pm business hours (Part time with a potential of full-time hours)

Must have good credit history and clear criminal record

Job responsibilities:

  • Filing and organising
  • Mailing and packaging
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned – setting up seminars, printing/filing, prepare catering, mass mailings, drafting marketing templates

Job Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Outlook etc.)
  • Attention to detail, organised, professional, punctual, well presented
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
  • 1-2+ yrs Administrative Assistant experience is an asset
  • Banking experience is an asset

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma
