Transit Customer Service Representative (Outdoor)
 
Employment Type: Part-time/ Long-term contract
Length of Contract: January 2018 - ongoing (week ends or week day shifts available)
Hours: Various - start as early as 5:30am or if afternoon shift works better you could start at 3pm or 3:30pm
Location: Toronto – various TTC Stations
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour – Pays weekly

  • Willingness to educate customers on their commute during Subway Closures

Requirements:

  •  Ability to support a busy environment
  •  Clear criminal background  
  •  Demonstrated customer service attitude
  •  Flexibility to work various shifts across Toronto
  •  Must be able to stand for duration of shift
  •  Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment
  •  Previous front line customer service experience an asset
  •  Will be required to attend training and successfully complete a multiple choice  test on training materials -  DATE TBD
