Senior Clerical Assistant
Toronto, ON | Temporary
- Organize meetings using Outlook calendar, attending meetings and distributing meeting minutes.
- Process payroll, verifying vacation records for multiple business units.
- Receive and distribute mail to senior management team.
- Provide additional support to the Administrative Assistant as needed.
- Additional related duties as assigned
- 3+ years of related experience in an administrative support capacity
- Payroll experience is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must have a clear criminal record
