Sales Executive, BPO – GTA

Salary: OTE up to $175K ($75 - 85K Base)

We have an exciting opportunity with a client, a leading financial technology solutions firm. They are seeking to hire Sales Executives to join their newly restructured team as a result of their amazing growth. They want to continue to expand their market presence and success in the business process outsourcing (BPO) market. You will be relied on to combine your technical knowledge and business acumen in order to drive revenue and earn significant income.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing and Sales, your role will be to prospect and bring in new accounts, providing BPO solutions to banking, financial services, insurance and government institutional clients.
  • Lead management, pricing, terms, proposals (RFPs, RFIs), contract negotiation and signature
  • Ability to confidently present to multiple key decision makers (C-Suite) and provide competitive intelligence on strategic planning and positioning
  • Strong needs analysis coupled with developing suitable business solution offerings in conjunction with the Development team providing support
  • Offering full complement of relevant services, including data capture, storage, communication, digital print, mail, archiving (lockbox and mailroom), and software based services.
  • Managing all aspects of the sales funnel with complex forecasting within a matrix, ensuring to constantly be aware of any challenges with full implementation and rollout of services while capturing accurate data in the Salesforce CRM
  • Cultivate all areas of enterprise and account potential, using strong relationship management skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Achieving and surpassing sales objectives, while constantly building on previous sales
  • Understanding local market segmentation differences and challenges, and adapting to clients’ unique needs
  • Constantly be aware of competitive intelligence, taking note of market trend analyses and any threats to market penetration and engagement

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 9 years business to business sales, with a preference for true hunters and a proven track record of success, while exceeding quotas
  • Must have BPO or SAAS sales experience, preferably in the IT space and specifically within digital communication, print, mail and lock box services
  • Experience selling to banking, financial, insurance and/or government
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle competing priorities ad multi solutions provision environment
  • MUST live within reasonable commuting distance of the GTA
  • Proficient computer skills: MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe
  • Exceptional networking and communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Proactive, ambitious and creative personality with a desire to constantly grow and develop
  • Strong entrepreneurial approach to business and process improvement

Offer:

  • Base salary range of $75,000 - 80,000 (commensurate upon experience)
  • Commissions, uncapped with a total annual on target earning potential of $175,000
