Sales Coordinator

Salary up to $50,000 + 3 Weeks Vacation + Full Benefits + Pension Plan!!

Our client, an international communications firm, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Director and Sales Operations and will be part of a team responsible for providing sales order support activities for the national sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Update multiple databases with client and order information
  • Data entry and maintenance of information 
  • Assist with department processes and Best Practice development
  • Prepare customer facing reports outlining service usage and performance
  • Assist Director and extended management with administrative duties
  • Liaise with sales team regarding order details  

Qualifications

  • Strong eye for detail along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and a desire to get the job done right
  • Ability to quickly learn new production systems and databases
  • Understanding of sales cycles and the associated administrative tasks
  • Well organized and accustomed to multi-tasking
  • Completion of post-secondary education with focus on business, marketing or communications preferred
