Program Transformation and Implementation Associate

Our client, a global non-profit organization (with a for-profit culture), is seeking a Program Transformation and Implementation Associate to join their team! The successful candidate will act as a right hand to the Director and will support all operations improvement initiatives. This will include developing performance reporting tools and metrics and utilizing both project management and lean methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. If you have excellent knowledge of project management and improvement methodologies with the ability to apply structured problem-solving methods to meet complex challenges, then we would like to hear from you!


  • Act as the program teams’ first point of contact for questions and feedback
  • Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, process integration and partner management
  • Demonstrate how the program operations process works, including coaching and facilitating workshops
  • Manage and coordinate the suite of program operations tools and templates
  • Create performance reporting tools and develop metrics to monitor the effectiveness of operational improvements
  • Use data and develop evidence to identify improvement areas in program operations and propose potential improvements for implementation
  • Liaise with the Senior Management team, external partners and internal teams
  • Maintain the organization’s knowledge management system and coordinate program resources
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned


  • University degree in business administration or a related field; master’s degree is an asset
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to find solutions for complex challenges through structured problem-solving methods
  • Excellent technical skills (Excel, SharePoint and content management)
  • Applied project management and lean methodologies knowledge with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce excellent work in a process driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create meaningful information from large amounts of data
