Operations Officer - Registered Plans

Our financial client is currently seeking Operations Officers for their downtown location
Pay Rate: $ 17.00/HR
Duration: 5 Months
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00 pm
The Registered Plans, Private Trust and Insurance Operations team is responsible for the control and daily. Transaction on processing for contribution, withdrawal, specialized legislative allowances, fees, withholding tax. Calculation on, grant and bond submission and payment as well as insurance policy settlement as well as Mortgages within Registered Plans.
1.) excel and word- intermediate
2.) Data entry- 50 wpm
3.) Accounting background
4.) communication written and Verbal
5.) accuracy and attention to detail
6) experience in registered plans products
To This role requires a strong candidate, who will stay resilient under pressure, demonstrate professionalism and business acumen, and highly skilled and experienced team.
• Sound knowledge of CRA regulations / procedures.
• Process transactions accurately and on time.
• Knowledgeable on Registered Products/Pension Acts-Provincial and Federal.
• Sound knowledge of ISM and excel spreadsheet
