Office/Operations Manager

Our client, a non-profit spiritual organization, is seeking an Office/Operations Manager to join their team. The Office/Operations Manager will manage overall office operations and administration and will oversee a team of coordinators. This role is crucial in ensuring the organization functions at the highest level possible. If you have prior experience in an operational or administrative role and have excellent organization and communication skills then we would like to hear from you!


  • Exercise independent judgment in all aspects of planning, managing and overseeing the operations and administration of the office
  • Manage day-to-day administrative support and operations
  • Coordinate logistics for all events, supporting the efforts of event coordinators and other administrative support roles
  • Purchase supplies and equipment; negotiate with external service providers and vendors as needed
  • Supervise maintenance, supplies and equipment
  • Ensure physical space looks inviting, warm and welcoming for study and growth
  • Manage budget and finances of the office and report results to the financial management
  • Supervise Coordinators and create a cohesive group with a collaborative and friendly environment
  • Manage onboarding, coaching and training activities for all personnel
  • Work with teachers to constantly ensure that programs and day-to-day managements are in line with the goals of the organization


  • Prior experience in an operational or administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Superb communications skills
  • Reliable, responsible and self-managed
  • Multi-tasker with the ability to execute meticulously and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently as well as contribute meaningfully as an integral part of the team
  • Experience with bookkeeping a plus


  • Base salary range up to $60,000 annually
