Our Toronto based client, an Engineering company located at Bay and Richmond St, has a temporary to possible permanent opportunity for an Office Administrator.

Pay rate $15.00 +/hr

This dynamic environment needs an experienced, Office Administrator to answer phones, sending mail, reviewing certificates of insurance, assists with accounting procedures, booking flights and general office duties. 

·         Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel.

·         Attention to detail required.

·         Ability to multitask and prioritize in this busy downtown office.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

·         Experience with Quickbooks an asset but not a must.
