Marketing Specialist – CRM (GTA)
Salary: 1 Year Contract, up to $30.00/hour

Our client is a well-known provider of Online Gaming products, focusing on free and pay products for consumers. They are looking to hire a Marketing Specialist on a one-year contract (with possibility of extension). The incumbent will be instrumental in overseeing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process which covers retention, and promotional marketing campaigns to increase engagement and improve the customer experience.


  • Learning and developing a full understanding of all CRM, and becoming familiar with all active market segments
  • Supporting the creation, execution and full implementation of loyalty marketing programs and activities with an emphasis on consistent retention
  • Analyzing and defining key market trends, strategic positioning, and target demographics
  • Maintain reporting on KPIs, metrics and other budgetary guidelines such as ROI for all retention campaigns
  • Assisting development of quarterly plans, objectives and targets with retention programs
  • Monitoring and requesting updates for website content development, for overall design and creative strategy as they relate to all customer relationship management objectives
  • Assisting in online retention program management through event and prize redemption coordination
  • Working with analytics team to incorporate data and customer lists into targeted communication activities (web-based, e-mail, SMS and social media)


  • University undergraduate degree, preference for Marketing or Business
  • Minimum of 2 years of practical Business to Consumer (B2C) retention marketing experience
  • Experience working directly with CRM tools, protocols and tactics
  • Analytical, detailed-oriented with exceptional problem solving skills
  • Understanding of campaign measurement criteria, with a data-driven perspective
  • Highly proficient computer skills: MS Windows, Word, Excel (pivot tables) with a preference for HTML programming or web-based products and marketing experience
  • Ability to work with all levels of an organization, and cohesively with cross functional teams or independently as required
  • Internet or Online gaming interest and/or experience an asset


  • Hourly salary of $27.00 – 30.00
