Human Resources Director

(Organizational Change Management)

Salary from $130,000 - $150,000 + benefits + 3 weeks vacation

Our client a Global software company is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Regional Director with proven success in building HR plans and comfortable being on the front line leading the implementation process. This role will report directly to the European based Global Executive VP of HR and will oversee three divisions. The Human Resources Regional Director will manage the organizational change and lead the transformation of integrating the three entities.   • Managing all operational duties associated with human resource functionality
  • Managing and leading HR daily operations and projects with limited guidance
  • Responsible for organizational changes, employee relations, internal communications and updates
  • Working with business leaders to identify and actively support top talent, create succession planning development plans and building bench strength across multiple levels
  • Leading all aspects of employee relations for global teams. Working across numerous different legislative requirements, provide expeditious and knowledgeable support
  • Coaching, developing and mentoring direct reports. This includes explicit consideration of on-the-job training needs for each colleague, arranging appropriate training, providing timely feedback, and succession planning


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is a must
  • CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset
  • 10+ years of business and HR experience with a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Director of HR
  • Direct experience working with key stakeholders and HR integration plans within the world of IT
  • Hands on experience working with mergers and acquisitions driving the transformation activities of change management initiatives, organizational and departmental restructures, job role design, accountability and culture integration
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating confidence in working with all levels of the organization
  • Strong MS Office skills, experience with an HRIS preferred
  • Ethical, hardworking, autonomous human resource professionals with strong initiative
