Field Sales Representative (Eastern Canada/Maritime Territory)

Up to $69K + Commissions + Benefits + Pension + 4 Weeks Vacation!

Our client, a US based company specializing in Wireless Device Protection Services is looking for a Field Sales Representative to join their growing team!  The Field Sales Representative will report to the the Field Director and is responsible for building strategic relationships with clients in an assigned territory.  The Field Sales Representative will execute all aspects of in-store promotions, training and field sales.


  • Conduct quarterly field reviews with key contacts to ensure sales plans are being executed and supported in field by consistent messaging
  • Meet and exceed established quarterly targets by developing account and relationship management strategies
  • Build strong relationships with targeted retail partners & management teams and communicate the value of the services offered
  • Conduct Store Visits which includes travel to remote markets to train on program coverage and operational modules 
  • Communicate and analyze program success metrics and identify trends that are happening in market
  • Maintain customer service standards by uncovering areas for improvement
  • Increase device protection on new activations and renewals while trying to minimize the percentage of deactivations from the program
  • Identify local sponsorship opportunities to improve program awareness and strengthen partnership
  • Develop and execute contests and sales initiatives in order to grow attach rates in market
  • Coordinate with client to create promotion
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Post secondary education, preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • Five or more years experience in Field Sales or B2B Sales
  • Demonstrated track record of relevant achievement working within the telecom or related industries
  • A solid track record of accomplishments in field management
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% and have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to self-manage a territory with multiple retail locations and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and meeting facilitation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
