Executive Assistant
Location: Toronto
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Compensation: $23/hr—$25/hr 
 
Our client is a leader in the insurance industry and currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team and provide comprehensive support to a busy executive. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating travel, and general administrative duties. Our client requires a detail and customer oriented individual who can meet and exceed expectations. Responsibilities:
Ø  Provide general administrative support to the Executive   
Ø  Manage calendars and daily activities 
Ø  Provide telephone coverage, word processing, and prepare correspondence
Ø  Manage expenses- prepare, track and file expense reports
Ø  Attend meetings and take notes reflecting activity
Ø  Additional ad hoc duties as required
 
Skills and Qualifications:
Ø  3 to 5 years of experience providing administrative support in a fast paced organization 
Ø  Completed undergraduate degree or post-secondary diploma 
Ø  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ø  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail 
Ø  Solutions oriented and creative problem solving skills 
Ø  Ability to make intuitive decisions and prioritize work 
Ø  Superior interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
