3 - 6 Month Temporary Contract
Hourly Rate up to 28/hour

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team and provide comprehensive support to a very busy President and group of senior staff.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a busy calendar, coordinating travel, document preparation, updating client databases along with a high level of executive administrative support. Within this role there may be overtime required. Our client requires an individual who can be flexible to their out of business hour's needs. Responsibilities:

Ø  Provide general administrative support to a team of professionals 

Ø  Manage calendars and daily activities 

Ø  Coordinate complex travel arrangements, conferences and other events

Ø  Provide telephone coverage, word processing, and prepare correspondence/client mailings 

Ø  Prepare client presentations using complex spreadsheets, charts, graphs and tables

Ø  Photocopy, scan and bind presentation material and other documents 

Ø  Conduct client research and collect data using industry specific tools (Training will be provided) 

Ø  Manage expenses- prepare, track and file expense reports

Ø  Supervise database while organizing the reporting, entering information, etc.

Ø  Provide out of hours and on call support

Ø  Additional administrative duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

Ø  3 to 5 years of experience providing administrative support in a fast paced organization 

Ø  Completed undergraduate degree or post-secondary diploma 

Ø  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Ø  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail 

Ø  Solutions oriented and creative problem solving skills 

Ø  Ability to make intuitive decisions and prioritize work 

Ø  Superior interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
