Compensation: $22-25 per hour

Our client, a leader in the financial industry is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team!  You will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support for a busy and dynamic Executive. This position will require your to be detail-oriented, driven, and able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are an experienced Executive Assistant who is seeking a challenging opportunity, then we would like to speak with you! 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own all administrative tasks and take ownership of daily operations, as well as manage the overall workload of the Executive’s desk
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with the Executive’s internal clients, teams, and support teams
  • Liaising with all levels and departments of the company while representing the team in a positive and professional manner at all times
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, special events and catering
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, providing proactive calendar management support
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for executive level presentations
  • Prepare, proofread and format internal and external correspondence, presentations, reports using Microsoft Office
  • Coordinate and follow-up on travel arrangements as well as preparing expense reports
  • Carry out specific projects and research, prioritize and follow up
  • Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with dynamic and talented Executives
  • Business acumen achieved through previous experience in a busy and fluid environment  
  • Ability to build and maintain multiple relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to handle confidential information
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Must be well organized and adaptable with exemplary time management skills
