Executive Assistant/Event Planner

Salary up to $70,000 + Fantastic Bonus + 3 Weeks Vacation + Full Benefits!!!

Our client is currently seeking an Executive Assistant/Event Planner to join their team. In this role you will provide a superior level of administrative support to two busy Executives. If you are a highly-motivated self-starter with exceptional organization skills and the ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, then we would like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar coordination and scheduling
  • Review and respond to incoming communications such as telephone calls, emails, and reports
  • Arrange complex corporate travel and meetings  
  • Create and maintain existing spreadsheets
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Create PowerPoint presentations
  • Prepare memos, letters, faxing, copying, scanning etc.
  • Special projects as required including event coordination, as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education is an asset
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines; detail oriented and well organized
  • Previous experience organizing and attending events
  • Excellent judgment and strong problem solving skills
