Executive Assistant: Medical Services – Toronto, ON

Up to $55K Annual Base + Bonus + Benefits

Our client, a well-established medical diagnostic services provider, is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to support their President/CEO. They require someone who can take on the consistent and varied tasks of managing the President’s schedule and keeping them organized. An ability to be adaptable and quick to react would be required.


  • Reporting to the President, your role will be to provide support to keep them organized and on task
  • Calendar and e-mail management (MS Outlook), appointments and meetings
  • Proofing/editing/writing, and documentation management – presentations, proposals, and speeches
  • Tracking all incoming correspondence and contact (mail, phone calls, e-mail, letters, packages) and prioritizing as required
  • Filing confidential documents, including patient feedback
  • Travel and Hotel arrangements
  • Conduct research and assist in preparing materials for negotiations and presentations
  • Planning corporate meetings, events, holiday parties, social gatherings, securing catering and venue bookings as required
  • Being a liaison to other stakeholders in the company
  • General office supply management – stationary, kitchen, etc.


  • Some post-secondary education
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience supporting a C-level executive
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating confidence in working with both internal and external stakeholders and clients
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization and ability to work in a varied pace, but deadline driven environment
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and ethics

Job Offer:

  • Base salary range of $50,000 – 55,000 (commensurate upon experience)
